*WYNNER ACCOUNT
  MINIMUM $1,000.00 Daily balance required

Eligibility limited to individuals, nonprofit organizations and governmental units.

You are allowed unlimited check writing and no monthly service charge unless balance falls below $1,000.00.  If the daily balance falls below $1,000.00 any day of the statement month, a service charge of $4.00 plus 25 cents for each debit item will be charged.  $1000.00 required to open account.

*WYNNER PLUS ACCOUNT
  MINIMUM $2,500.00 Daily balance required

Eligibility limited to individuals, nonprofit organizations and governmental units.

This account pays a higher amount of interest than the WYNNER ACCOUNT.  You are allowed unlimited check writing and no monthly service charge unless balance falls below $2,500.00.  If the daily balance falls below $2,500.00 any day of the statement month, a service charge of $4.00 plus 25 cents for each debit item will be charged.  $2500.00 required to open account.

*WYNNER PLUS MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT
  MINIMUM $2,500.00 Daily balance required

This is a limited activity account allowing no more than 6 transfers from the account each statement cycle, if by preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone agreement, order or instruction, or by check draft, debit card or similar order, made by the depositor and payable to third parties.  Transfers & withdrawals made in person or at an ATM are unlimited.  $2500.00 required to open account.

SAVINGS ACCOUNTS

*REGULAR SAVINGS
  MINIMUM of $50.00 to open.

Interest compounded and credited quarterly. Six transfers allowed per quarter, if by preauthorized or automatic transfer, or telephone agreement, order or instructions.  Withdrawals made in person or at an ATM are unlimited.  Savings excess withdrawal charge of $3.00 for each withdrawal or transfer after the third per quarter.

*CHRISTMAS CLUB ACCOUNT
  MINIMUM $5.00 to open.

Interest compounded annually and credited at maturity. Checks are mailed to customers in Mid-October. Coupon books available for convenience or automatic draft payment is available.  If  account is closed before maturity, a $30 Closing Fee will be charged.
